MIND a controller of obesity..............


Hi you all out there, what's up these days, enjoying hot weather???
Well talking about Pakistan and all over the world the universal problem with our youth is healthy,safe and with out exercise dieting or weight loss.............. isn't it?????

Well so here are some tips for you, but to remind you while using these tips you have to keep strong belief that these tips will help you with your weight reduction and I assure you that this will see the difference with in fifteen days:
  • A GLASS OF WATER EVERYDAY: Before going to bed take a glass of water at room temperature. Close your eyes and tell yourself that this glass of water will help you reduce your weight, then drink half the water and then thank the water and request it to help you with your weight loss. Keep rest of the water aside and drink it in the morning as soon as you wake up, before breakfast.
  • A CUP OF GREEN TEA DAILY: Quit drinking normal milk tea instead of it use a cup of green tea with mint and honey daily in the morning with breakfast and in the evening.
  • AVOID LUNCH: Take a healthy and heavy breakfast early in the morning then avoid having lunch instead have a glass of milk or juice or and kind of fruit you like. Then take an early evening dinner that should be a full meal. Never avoid dinners while planning to loose weight.
  • ALWAYS THANK FOOD AND GOD: Always remember to thank GOD and the food you are eating. I know it sounds funny but it s affective, now question is how to thank food, when ever you sit to eat something first be thankful to it that it energises you and then that it help you reduce your weight, after thanking request the food and GOD to make this meal a source of help in reducing your weight.
I assure you that if you will follow these simple tips from this day onwards with in fifteen days you will start getting the +ve result.

Are You Trying to Catch a Cheating Spouse?


The most common probem we are facing these day in our daily life is that we are not true with our near ones and specially with our SPOUSES.

Many a relationship has turned sour because of a lying and cheating partner. The causes of infidelity can be many and which can vary from one relationship to another or from one situation to another, but there are plenty of warning signs that are pretty obvious. Some of them are:

  • Pay attention to BODY LANGUAGE: If your spouse is lying or cheating on you then he/she is bound to exhibit certain mannerisms that are different and unusual to his/her normal behavior.
  • Does your spouse maintain EYE CONTACT?: Look into your spouse's eyes. Does your spouse maintain eye contact, or try to avoid it while telling you about his whereabouts last night? the eyes of the person who is lying is always darting here and there. He or she rarely looks at you unless he or she is a seasoned liar.
  • Ask QUESTION Suddenly: this is the best way to catch the person who is lying off guard because he or she hasn’t prepared for it. Lying normally happens with preparation and the person needs to know in advance what he or she is going to say. If he or she is lying and if he or she is not prepared for what you are asking, he or she will surely do or say something that will spill the beans.
  • Has your spouse lost his/her desire to have sex with you? If you find that no matter what you do to try and attract him - whether you have on your sexiest lingerie or not - he/she is just not interested, but makes excuses like "Not tonight - I'm exhausted" or "I have a headache", then you should wonder if he/she is being satisfied elsewhere.
  • HOW TO CONFIRM YOUR DOUBTS????????????
    1. Keeping a track of your spouse's bills, receipts, phone bills, money withdrawals will help you discover the truth. If he/she's lying then he/she's bound to slip up!!
    2. An unexpected visit to the office could surprise a cheating spouse! In the same way after making an announcement that you would be home late, you could drop in early!

WHAT IS A MIND?

We always say a phrase "I don't mind" or "Keep it in your mind"; sop what actually mind is? There are two things mind and brain, brain is the physical part of our body, where as mind is the logical part that feels every thing it is the most difficult part to be defined.
According to some philosophers mind is a product or an end result obtained be brain because it is the brain that receives orders from the various body parts and mind fulfils it.
Brain as being a physical entity needs rest and sleep but mind being logical needs relaxation.
"Mind is not a gross thing, visible and tangible. Its existence is nowhere seen. Its magnitude cannot be measured. It does not require a space in which to exist."
